Instant Aadhar based PAN facility introduced by Income Tax Department

The income tax department has initiated the Aadhar based instant PAN facility on its portal www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

Under this facility, the PAN can be generated instantly using Aadhar based credentials. For this purpose your Aadhar Number must contain following details.

1. Your correct name.
2. Date of birth
3. Mobile should be linked with Aadhar No.

The data as per Aadhar is captured by income tax portal and PAN no is generated instantly by Aadhar OTP authentication.
