He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce Graduate. He has qualified in chartered accountancy in the year 1988. He has rich experience of over 25 years in the field of Auditing, Assurance, Project Financing and Tax Consultancy services. He has rendered his services in Sujata Textiles Limited, Mysore (A Birla Group Concern) in the year 1988. He is a founder   partner of M/s KARNANI & CO., Chartered Accountants. He is holding a Certificate of Practice from 1988 and has become FCA in the year 1996. He has varied experience in handling taxation matters ranging from handling assessments of big clients to Appellate proceedings before CIT and ITAT. He also has wide experience in the field of audit and assurance services. He is currently handling the Direct Taxes Division of the Firm including handling assessments and appeals before the authorities.
